Hats Off To
MURPH DAILY
The Queen of Hawaii Polo

Murph Dailey started Hawaii Polo with her husband, Fred Dailey, in 1963 and has shepherded polo in Hawaii ever since. The above photo was taken at a match approximately 10 years ago. Murph continues to be a presence at Hawaii Polo, 104 years young, living onsite in the oceanfront home she and her husband built in the mid-60’s. As a player, ambassador of the game and consummate host of dignitaries, matches and events at Hawaii Polo Club and around the globe, Murph has played a key role in making polo a special part of Hawaii culture, served as a guiding light for women around the world and elevated the spirit of hundreds of thousands of people who have stepped foot on Hawaii Polo grounds.

Mahalo nui Murph! We love you!!!
